DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist the Marketing Assistant for any technical problem during the activation of motorcycle units for release.
- Coordinates with the Branch Secretary all units for service schedule, return or warranty.
- Prepares spare parts checklist for all repossessed and voluntary surrendered units before entering it to the Inventory System.
- Prepares  technical and warranty report for units under warranty claims.
- Handles the reconditioning of repo units to be sold immediately
- Allocates One (1) day per week for the maintenance of service units.
