Qualifications:

  1. Graduate of a 4-year Business or any related course.
  2. At least 6 months work experience in a similar environment.
  3. Able to deliver assigned task with accuracy and according to deadline; exhibits urgency in accomplishing task in order to meet expectations.
  4. Knows to handle administrative task or clerical works, able to manage and organize documents.
  5. Knowledgeable in SAP is an advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Handle administrative task or clerical works, able to manage and organize documents.
  2. Negotiate and recommend execution of contracts for the purchase of supplies, services and equipment; Inventory control
  3. Receive material and reconcile with purchase orders
  4. Ensure equipment is properly labeled prior to distribution
  5. Assists in rectifying inventory inaccuracies
  6. Works closely with staff to make suggestions on continual improvement efforts to ensure greater inventory accuracy and waste reduction
  7. Prepares and requests quotes form given specifications
  8. Create, Place and track purchase orders
  9. Collects and reviews confirmations, manages key data for raw material purchase orders
  10. Tracks incoming purchase orders daily to ensure timely delivery and distributes communication to key operations staff
  11. Maintains vendor metrics files and contract logs
  12. Prepares invoice packages for Accounts Payable
