Job Qualifications:
- With experience in software and hardware/technical support
- Newly graduates can be considered, but preferred with related OJT experience
- Knowledge in Web Design and Programming (Drupal, PHP, HTML, SQL)
- Hardworking; Highly flexible and with initiative
Job Summary:
- Entertains phone inquiries, questions and problems regarding MIS System
- Receives branch e-mails of reports, concerns, questions, etc.
- Handles the correction and adjustments of MIS information sent by branches.
- Maintains and updates the MIS system of all branches nationwide including warehouse.
- Updates and downloads reference table of MIS which includes new branch, price, authorized representative of financing company, etc.
- Handles the updating of CMC website content regarding additional information, contributions, etc.
- Uploads and monitors the submission branch reports and transactions send by branches (thru e-mail or diskette) daily to the database and forwards it to the other departments for checking.
- Updates branch information which includes operating systems, new branches, telephone number, address, etc.
- Prepares and maintains an inventory of computers.
- Handles repair, troubleshooting, replacement, and cleaning of all computer and printer units of all branches or Head Office departments.
- Ensures that all units (i.e. computer. Printer, etc.) received must be fixed and released to the concerned branch immediately;
- Accountable for all files, software and hardware of all units for repair, replacement, etc.
- Assist branches and head office to their concerns and problem encountered regarding Internet and network connections;
- Performs other related work that may be assigned from time to time.
