As part of its continuing commitment to uplift and support Filipino communities in times of need, MotortradeLALAF, in partnership with Motortrade Masbate, launched its latest Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative, “Tulong at Pag-asa para sa Masbate.”
In collaboration with local community initiatives in Masbate City, Cataingan, and Aroroy, the team conducted an on-ground assessment to evaluate the extent of the damage brought by Bagyong Opong.
Through these efforts, Motortrade was able to extend assistance by distributing 1,000 roofing sheets (yero) to 225 affected families — providing not just materials for rebuilding homes, but also restoring a sense of hope and resilience among the residents.
“Lubos kaming nagpapasalamat na naging instrumento kami ng tulong at pag-asa sa mga kababayan nating nasalanta. Ang aming layunin ay maging katuwang sa kanilang muling pagbangon,” said a representative from MotortradeLALAF.
